摘 要:CdSe量子点是一种重要的半导体纳米材料。以巯基乙胺(CA)为稳定剂,CdCl_(2)·2.5H_(2)O为镉源,SeO_(2)为硒源,采用简单的一步水相法合成水溶性的CdSe量子点。详细地研究了加热回流时间、初始pH值、硒与镉的摩尔比和回流温度等实验条件对CdSe量子点发光性能的影响。利用X-射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见光谱和荧光光谱等表征量子点的结构和光学性能。结果表明,采用巯基乙胺为稳定剂制备的CdSe量子点为立方晶相,颗粒大小约为2.0nm,量子点的荧光发射峰在560~589nm内连续可调。CdSe QDs are important semiconductor nanomaterials.The water soluble cysteamine(CA)-CdSe QDs were one-step synthesized by using SeO_(2),cysteamine and CdCl_(2)·2.5 H_(2)O as precursors.The influences of the refluxing time,pH of original solution,the precursor Se/Cd molar ratios,and reaction temperature on the luminescence properties of the obtained CdSe QDs have been systematically investigated.The structure and optical properties of CdSe QDs were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-vis absorption spectra,and photoluminescence(PL) spectra.The results showed that QDs with CA modification for CdSe were of cubic crystal structure,particle size was about 2.0 nm,and the emission spectra tunable from 560 to 589 nm.
