摘 要:探讨笼型低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)用于棉织物疏水整理的效果。通过溶胶-凝胶法制备八氯丙基POSS,以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为反应单体,采用原子转移自由基聚合的方法制备星型POSS嵌段共聚物,并对其红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱进行表征;将POSS嵌段共聚物以喷涂-烘干的方式整理到棉织物上,对整理前后棉织物的红外光谱、微观形貌、水接触角、断裂强力、摩擦和水洗牢度、透湿透气性等进行测试表征。结果表明:整理后棉织物的水接触角为141.2°,断裂强力、透气率、透湿量为未处理棉织物的96.3%、89.7%、92.6%,水洗30次后水接触角为121.9°,摩擦150次后水接触角为135.3°。认为:整理后的棉织物具有疏水性能,且耐摩擦牢度和耐水洗牢度较好,对断裂强力和透气透湿性能的影响较小。Effect of cage type polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)on hydrophobic finishing of cotton fabric was discussed.Octa(3-chloropropyl)POSS(POSS-Cl8)was prepared by sol-gel method.Star shaped POSS block copolymer was synthesized by atomic transfer radical polymerization using hydroxyethyl methacrylate and trifluoroethyl methacrylate as reaction monomers.The POSS block copolymer was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.The POSS block copolymer was modified onto the cotton fabric by spraying drying method.The infrared spectroscopy,microtopography,water contact angle,breaking strength,friction and washing property,moisture and air permeability of the cotton fabric before and after modification were tested and evaluated.Results showed that water contact angle of the modified cotton fabric was 141.2°.Breaking strength,air and moisture permeability of the modified cotton fabric were 96.3%,89.7%and 92.6%of the unmodified cotton fabric.Water contact angle of the modified cotton fabric was 121.9°after 30 times washing and 135.3°after 150 times friction.It is considered that the modified cotton fabric has hydrophobic property,fastness to rubbing and washing are better.The influence on breaking strength,air and moisture permeability is less.
