摘  要:为研究轧花环境温湿度对棉花长度和强力指标的影响,采用USTER HVI1000型大容量棉纤维测试仪对棉样上半部平均长度、整齐度、短纤维指数、断裂比强度、断裂伸长率等5项指标进行检测与分析。结果表明:当轧花环境温度低于3℃时,棉纤维脆性增加,表面潮湿,轧花后棉花长度和强度指标下降明显;当轧花环境温度在3℃~10℃时,相对湿度正常,轧花后棉花长度和强度指标较好;当轧花环境温度高于10℃时,环境干燥,轧花后棉花长度和强度指标又有下降的趋势。认为:采取控制轧花环境温湿度措施或选择合适温湿度时间点轧花,有利于提升轧花后棉花长度和强度质量指标。In order to study effect of ambient temperature & humidity on cotton length and strength during cotton ginning,the five indexes of cotton upper half mean length,uniformity,short fiber index,breaking specific strength and breaking elongation were detected and analyzed by USTER HVI 1000 tester.The results showed when the ambient temperature was lower than 3 ℃ during cotton ginning,cotton fiber brittleness was increased,the surface was wet,the cotton length and strength index were decreased obviously.When the ambient temperature was 3 ℃ ~10 ℃ during cotton ginning,the ambient relative humidity was normal,length and strength index of cotton were better.When the ambient temperature was higher than 10 ℃ during cotton ginning,the ambient was dry,cotton length and strength index tended to decrease after cotton ginning.It is considered that it is beneficial to improve the quality index of cotton length and strength by taking measures to control the ambient temperature & humidity or selecting the appropriate time point of temperature & humidity.
