摘 要:本文以由蓝光芯片和黄粉荧光胶饼制成的片式LED器件作为研究对象,使用不同波长蓝光芯片、不同比例荧光粉胶饼、不同光功率蓝光芯片进行实验样品制作和测试,结合理论知识和光谱分析、色坐标打点等手段对实验结果进行分析。在芯片波长实验中,片式LED器件的光强、色坐标y值随芯片波长的增加有所增加;在不同荧光粉比例实验中,片式LED器件的光强、色坐标y值随着荧光粉浓度的增加有所增加;而在不同光功率芯片试验组中,光功率较高的芯片,所制造出来的片式LED器件拥有更高的光强值,但因芯片尺寸、高度及胶体体积等存在差异,导致LED器件在峰值波长和色度学参数方面未体现出规律性。In this paper,the LED device made of blue chip and yellow powder fluorescent film is taken as the research object,and three groups of experimental samples are made and tested by using blue chip with different wavelength,fluorescent powder film with different proportion,and blue chip with different luminous power.Combined with theoretical knowledge,spectral analysis,color coordinates and other means,the experimental results were analyzed.In the chip wavelength experiment,the light intensity and color coordinate y value of chip LED device were increased with the wavelength of LED chip increasing.In the experiment of different proportion of phosphor,the light intensity and color coordinate y value of chip LED device were increased with the concentration of phosphors;In different optical power chip test groups,the LED devices manufactured by chips with higher optical power have higher light intensity.However,due to differences in chip size,height and colloid volume,LED devices do not show regularity in peak wavelength and chromaticity parameters.
