新农保能促进家庭教育支出吗——来自中国家庭追踪调查的经验证据

摘　　要：利用中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)2018年的数据,评估新农保政策对家庭教育支出的影响。研究发现,老年人参加新农保会显著提高其家庭教育支出水平,并且这种效果因参与人与子女关系、婚姻状态、性别和家庭收入的不同而表现出明显差异。影响机制分析显示,新农保参与人从心理变化和行为变化两方面对家庭教育支出产生影响。Using the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) in 2018, this paper assessed the impact of new rural pension scheme on family education expenditure. The study found that the participation of the elderly in new rural pension scheme significantly increased their families’ education expenditure, and this effect differed along with the variation of parent-child relationship, marital status, gender and household income. Influencing mechanism revealed that, the participants in new rural pension scheme exerted an influence on family education expenditure from two aspects of psychological change and behavioral change.
