摘　　要：参考2017年美国环境保护署(USEPA)推荐的Method 202和中国《固定污染源废气低浓度颗粒物的测定重量法》(HJ 836—2017),对中国华北、华东地区正常稳定运行的燃煤电厂、燃煤供热锅炉、垃圾焚烧发电厂、建筑陶瓷厂、焦化厂、石化厂等涉气重点行业企业排放的固定源可凝结颗粒物(CPM)及其中的金属元素进行了测试。结果表明,不同行业企业废气CPM中金属元素的种类和排放水平不同,主要与燃烧源、原(辅)材料、生产工艺、废气治理设施的CPM治理效果等因素有关。CPM中Zn、Al是主要金属组分,多数企业Fe、Ba占比也较高。燃煤电厂中As、Pb,燃煤供热锅炉中Pb、Cr、As,石化厂中Hg、Pb,建筑陶瓷厂中Cr,垃圾焚烧发电厂和焦化厂中As,分别是CPM中值得关注的有毒有害重金属元素。Condensable particulate matter(CPM)and its metal elements in stationary sources emitted from coal-fired power plant,coal-fired boiler,waste incineration power plant,building ceramics enterprise,coking plant and petrochemical plant in north and east China were tested according to Method 202 proposed by USEPA in 2017 and“Stationary source emission-determination of mass concentrations of particulate matter at low concentration-manual gravimetric method”(HJ 836-2017)of China.Statistic data suggested that species and emission levels of metal elements in CPM emitted from flue gas had difference in different industries,which were determined by combustion sources,raw(auxiliary)materials,production processes,CPM treatment efficiency of flue gas treatment facilities,and so on.Zn and Al were the main components of metal elements in CPM,Fe and Ba were relatively high in most enterprises.Pb,Cr and As emitted from coal-fired boilers,As and Pb emitted from coal-fired power plants,Hg and Pb emitted from petrochemical plant,Cr emitted from building ceramics enterprise,As emitted from waste incineration power plant and coking plant were the notable heavy metal elements in CPM because of its deleteriousness and harmfulness.
