摘　　要：随着数字化技术的不断发展,档案管理数字化转型成为必然。本文从“核心业务数字化,硬件设备、档案管理信息化”三个维度,提出全面实现数字化转型。而科研声像资料档案具有直观、形象、纪实的鲜明特点,是科研活动过程中记录科学技术发展及知识积累的重要载体之一。它能够以多种形式传递信息、直观记录事物原貌,增加了档案信息载体种类和档案工作的内涵。本文将以中国核动力研究设计院反应堆工程研究所为例详细分析科研声像资料档案管理的现状,并研究其数字化转型的策略。With the continuous development of digital technology, the digital archives management becomes inevitable. This paper proposes to fully realize the digital transformation from the three dimensions of "digitization of core business, informatization of hardware equipment and archives management". Scientific research audio-visual data archives have the distinct characteristics of directly perceived through the senses, vivid image and documentary. They are one of the important recording mediums to record the development of science and technology and knowledge accumulation in the process of scientific research activities. It can transmit information in various forms,visually record the original appearance of things, and increase the types of archival information recording mediums and the connotation of archival work. This paper will particularly analyze Nuclear Power Institute of China, Reactor Engineering Research Institute′ s current situation of archives management of scientific research audio-visual materials, and study its digital transformation strategy.
