摘  要:本文探索了两种测定聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)合金中PC组分含量的方法,一种是热失重分析法(TG),另一种是傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)。将PC和ABS塑料粒子分别研磨成粉末状颗粒后,按不同比例混合均匀并熔融制成PC/ABS合金料,利用两种方法分别测定PC/ABS合金中PC的含量。热分析方法中,通过试验探索了不同升温速率下,PC/ABS合金中两者分解温度的差异,尝试利用不同分解温度产生明显的热失重阶梯来测定合金中组分的含量。实验结果表明,在升温速率分别为5K/min、10K/min、20K/min、40K/min时,均未出现明显的热分解定量失重阶梯,后续探索合适的试验条件进行深入研究。傅立叶变换红外光谱法中,以PC的红外特征吸收峰1770 cm^(-1)作为定量峰,根据朗伯-比尔定律(Lambert-Beer),并利用TQ Analyst建立的标准定量回归曲线相关系数达到0.9970。通过标样验证,定量准确性达到95%,此方法可作为测定PC/ABS合金中PC的含量的常用方法。Two methods for determining the content of PC component in polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)alloy have been explored,one is thermogravimetric analysis(TG),the other is Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).After grinding PC and ABS plastic particles into powder particles,mix them evenly in different proportions and melt them into PC/ABS alloy,and then determine the content of PC in PC/ABS alloy by two methods.In the thermal analysis method,the difference of decomposition temperature between PC/ABS alloy and PC/ABS alloy under different heating rates was explored through experiments,and the content of components in the alloy was determined by using the obvious thermal weight loss ladder generated by different decomposition temperatures.The experimental results show that when the heating rates are 5K/min,10K/min,20K/min and 40K/min respectively,there is no obvious step of thermal decomposition quantitative weight loss.The appropriate experimental conditions will be explored for further study.In Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,the infrared characteristic absorption peak of PC 1770 cm^(-1)is used as the quantitative peak.According to Lambert-Beer law,the correlation coefficient of the standard quantitative regression curve established by TQ Analyst reaches 0.9970.Through the verification of standard sample,the quantitative accuracy reaches 95%.This method can be used as a common method to determine the content of PC in PC/ABS alloy.
