摘 要:当前地铁列车通常采用可触摸式的人机交互显示屏作为信息显示和控制终端。列车司机在驾驶地铁时,需要将注意力集中于前方道路,长时间低头操作人机交互显示屏会对列车行驶带来一定安全隐患。抬头显示技术的出现,可以有效解决此类问题,提高安全驾驶系数。传统抬头显示屏一般为投影式设计,通常具有体积大、发热量高以及光路设计复杂对玻璃角度要求严格等缺点。透明薄膜电致发光显示屏作为目前市面上透光率最高的显示屏,不仅体积轻便、便于安装,而且响应速度快、亮度高、寿命长,十分适合用做轨道交通列车司机室抬头显示屏,将列车运行及报警信息实时地显示在司机的平视视线范围内,避免司机长时间低头看仪器仪表,缩短“盲开”时间,提高列车运行安全性。文章对基于薄膜电致发光技术的列车透明抬头显示屏进行了研究,介绍了其工作原理和设计方案,最后通过试验验证了该产品的可靠性及良好的EMC特性。At present, metro trains usually use touchable human-computer interaction display screen as information display and control terminal. When driving the metro trains, drivers need to focus on the road ahead. Operating the human-computer interaction display screen with heads down for a long time will bring some potential safety hazards to train running. The appearance of head-up display technology can effectively solve such problems and improve the safe driving coefficient. Traditional head-up display screen is usually designed in projection mode, which usually has some shortcomings, such as large volume, high calorific value, complex optical path design and strict requirements on glass angle. Transparent thin film electroluminescent display screen is the display screen with the highest light transmittance in the market at present, with the characteristics of light volume, convenient installation, rapid respond speed, high luminance, long life, which is very suitable for being used as the head-up display screen in the cab of rail transit trains. It can display the train operation and alarm information in the eye level of driver in real time, avoid the driver looking down at instruments and meters for a long time, shorten the "blind operating" time and improve the safety of train operation. This paper studies the transparent head-up display screen of train based on thin film electroluminescence technology, introduces its working principle and design scheme, and finally verifies its reliability and good EMC characteristics through tests.
