摘 要:转K4型转向架研制初期采用的钢弹簧常接触弹性旁承结构复杂、压缩量调整不方便,在运用过程中还出现了下旁承磨耗板折断的故障,因此在小批量装车后研制了橡胶常接触弹性旁承替代钢弹簧常接触弹性旁承。橡胶常接触弹性旁承的初始设计方案忽视了车体相对转向架横动及由此施加给旁承摩擦板的横向力,造成运用中出现旁承摩擦板的紧定螺钉发生折断现象。为解决旁承螺钉折断故障,文章提出改进方案,取消了螺钉,将旁承摩擦板由一整块方板改为2块圆板,并镶嵌在板旁承体上部的凹槽内。改进后的橡胶常接触弹性旁承可靠性大大提高,被定型为BD型,至今装车5万余辆份,未发生过旁承摩擦板脱落、裂纹故障,已成为我国铁路货车主型弹性旁承之一,满足了铁路货运重载提速要求。Due to besides the complex structure and inconvenient adjustment of compression amount, the steel spring constant contact elastic side bearing adopted the inital development stage of Zhuan K4 bogie has been found with the fault of broken wear plate of lower side bearing during operation. Therefore, rubber constant contact elastic side bearing is developed to replace steel spring constant contact elastic side bearing after mounting in small batch. The initial design scheme of rubber constant contact elastic side bearing ignores the lateral motion of the carbody relative to the bogie and the lateral force exerted on the side bearing friction plate, resulting in the breaking of the set screws of the side bearing friction plate in operation. In order to solve the breaking fault of side bearing screws, this paper puts forward an improvement scheme, which cancels the screws and changes the side bearing friction plate from a whole square plate to two circular plates, which are embedded in the groove on the upper part of the side bearing body of the plate. The reliability of the improved rubber constant contact elastic side bearing has been greatly improved, and it has been finalized as type BD. Up to now, more than 50,000 cars have been mounted, and no fault such as side bearing friction plate falling off or cracking has occurred. It has become one of the main elastic side bearings of railway freight cars in China, meeting the speed increase requirements of railway heavy-duty freight cars.
