天然橡胶树表皮特性离散元仿真模型参数的标定与验证

摘  要:针对天然橡胶机械化割胶装备研发过程中,割胶刀材料、结构参数对割胶质量影响显著,本文通过建立橡胶树表皮离散元仿真模型,从而进一步研究割胶刀与橡胶树表皮之间相互作用关系。首先,利用物理试验得出橡胶树表皮相关力学性能参数,选择合适的离散元颗粒接触模型,利用本构方程计算主要粘结参数;然后,通过三维建模软件及离散元软件建立橡胶树表皮离散元仿真模型;最后,通过将仿真试验与物理试验进行对比验证。结果表明:当法向刚度系数为3.817 5×10^(6)kN/m、切向刚度系数为2.226 9×10^(6)kN/m时,临界法向应力、临界切向应力分别为1.337 9 MPa、3.622 MPa;粘结半径为0.7 mm时,仿真与物理试验的时间-剪切力曲线趋势及压缩表观特征基本一致,表明离散元法可应用于建立橡胶树表皮仿真模型。本文研究结果可为研究割胶刀与橡胶树表皮之间的相互作用关系及割胶刀的设计提供一定的参考。Aiming at the influence of the material and structural parameters of the rubber tapping knife on the quality of rubber tapping during the development of natural rubber mechanized tapping equipment, a discrete element simulation model of the rubber tree skin is established to further study the interaction between the rubber tapping knife and the rubber tree skin.Firstly, the mechanical properties parameters of the rubber tree epidermis were obtained by physical experiments, the appropriate discrete element particle contact model was selected and the main bonding parameters were calculated by constitutive equation.Then, the discrete element simulation model of rubber tree skin was established by 3 D modeling software and discrete element software.Finally, the simulation test is compared with the physical test.The results show that: When the normal stiffness coefficient is 3.817 5×10^(6) kN/m, the tangential stiffness coefficient is 2.226 9×10^6 kN/m, the critical normal stress is 1.337 9 MPa, the critical tangential stress is 3.622 MPa, and the bend radius is 0.7 mm.The time-shear force curve trend and compression apparent characteristics of simulation and physical test are consistent, which proves that discrete element method can be applied to establish simulation model of rubber tree skin.It has certain reference significance to study the interaction between rubber cutter and rubber tree skin and design of rubber cutter.
