摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗服务价格改革对公立医院经济运行的影响。方法:从2021年Q医院医疗服务项目中提取调价项目相关数据,采用双重差分模型分析、对比分析等方法,分析调价对医院经济运行的影响。结果:医疗服务价格调整对公立医院收入具有显著影响,医疗服务收入占比进一步上升,但也存在补偿不足的问题。结论:深化医疗服务价格改革,需要理顺医疗服务项目比价关系,优化医院收入结构;加快新增医疗服务项目审批,制定合理的项目价格;完善医院补偿机制,加大财政投入力度;加强成本控制,积极应对DRG改革,提升医院运营效率。Objective To explore the impact of medical service price reform on the economic operation of public hospitals, and to provide suggestions for improving the economic operation ability of public hospitals. Methods Collecting data of price adjustment projections from Q hospital in 2021, the study used DID model and comparative analysis to explore how price policy influences economic operation of public hospitals. Results The price adjustment of medical services had a significant impact on the income of public hospitals, and played a good role in regulating the income structure. The proportion of medical service projects that reflected the labor value of medical staff increased. However, there was still insufficient compensation for medical services. Conclusion The government should improve financial investment and optimize hospital income compensation mechanism. Medical management institutions should continue to deepen the reform of medical service price, speed up the approval of new projects and clarify the connotation of projects. Public hospitals should strengthen cost control, improve operational efficiency and actively respond to DRG reform.
