摘 要:本文通过绿建通风性能化分析与风在建筑表皮的聚集效应简介,推进风能利用技术在高层住宅设计中的运用,通过环境风在建筑外表皮的聚集效应、风压效应、狭管效应的原理运用,实现高效率收集风能;风能利用技术与高层住宅建筑外表皮一体化设计,以及完善绿建风能利用新技术的创意构思,给高层住宅建筑外表皮带来风能利用新技术,推进我国绿色、生态美好家园建设,实现国家提出的未来“碳达峰”“碳中和”建设奋斗目标。Based on the analysis of the ventilation performance of green buildings and the brief introduction of the gathering effect of wind on building skin, this paper aims to promote the application of wind energy utilization technology in high-rise residential design.This paper applies the wind aggregation effect, wind pressure effect and narrow tube effect of the environmental wind on the building surface to achieve the efficient collection of the wind energy. The paper proposes the integrated design of wind energy utilization technology and exterior skin of high-rise residential buildings,improves the creative idea of the new wind energy utilization technology of green buildings, and proposes to use new wind utilization technology on the exterior skin of the high-rise residential buildings. It aims to promoting the building of a green and ecological homeland in China, and to achieve the national goal of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality” in the future.
