Simulation of Passive Building Reconstruction Strategy in Old Residential Communities in Lanzhou

摘  要:老旧小区建造之初,节能环保的设计理念并未成为设计依据与遵循标准。调研结果显示,兰州老旧小区在室内热环境与建筑节能等方面存在问题,不符合绿色发展的要求。因此,如何在满足居民对室内热环境需求的同时,尽可能地降低建筑能耗,便成为老旧小区改造的一大问题。文章运用Climate Consultant软件对兰州当地气候数据进行分析,并结合老旧小区现状问题得出适应当地气候的被动式建筑改造策略,最后通过DeST-h软件对策略进行定量模拟。结果显示,在保温、外窗、遮阳、通风等方面采取的被动式改造措施,能保证室内热环境舒适度的前提下有效降低建筑能耗。同时,对单一被动式改造策略与组合被动式改造策略的定量模拟,可为当地老旧小区改造提供参考与借鉴。At the beginning of the construction of the old communities, the design concept of energy saving and environmental protection did not become the design basis and compliance standard.The research results show that the old communities in Lanzhou do not meet the requirements of green development in terms of indoor thermal environment and building energy efficiency. Therefore,how to meet the residents’ demand for indoor thermal environment while reducing building energy consumption as much as possible has become a major issue in the renovation of old communities. The paper analyzes the local climate data of Lanzhou through Climate Consultant software, and derives passive building reconstruction strategies adapted to the local climate according to the current problems of old communities, and finally simulates the strategies quantitatively with DeST-h software. The results show that passive reconstruction measures in insulation, exterior windows, sun shading, and ventilation can effectively reduce building energy consumption while ensuring the comfort of indoor thermal environment. Meanwhile, the quantitative simulation on single passive reconstruction strategy and combined passive reconstruction strategy can provide a reference for the reconstruction of local old communities.
