摘  要:丘陵城市的自然地理特征形成了差异化的社区生活圈地理区位模式,进而影响居住用地空间形态建构。本文以具有典型丘陵地貌特征的大连市为实证研究对象,以15分钟社区生活圈为空间研究基本单元,通过内部地貌特征、近邻环境条件共同作用,归纳不同社区生活圈地理区位模式,分析居住用地空间演变过程与空间形态特征,并提出居住用地发展策略。研究表明,社区生活圈地理区位模式分为山谷式、边坡式、山麓式、城鞍式、近港式;不同地理区位模式的居住用地在空间演变过程与形态特征方面构成着对应关系,以此提出生态补偿与查漏补缺、地域要素向城市渗透、因势附形与虚实结合、整合预控与高效供给并置的适地性居住用地发展策略。The natural geographic features of hilly cities form the geographic location pattern of differentiated community life-circles,which in turn affects the construction of residential land spatial forms. This paper takes Dalian city with typical hilly landscape features as the object of empirical research, takes 15-minute community life-circle as the basic spatial research unit, summarizes the geographic location patterns of different community life-circle through the joint action of internal geomorphological features and near-neighborhood environmental conditions. Then it analyzes the spatial evolution process and spatial morphological characteristics of residential land, and proposes residential land development strategies. The research shows that the geographical location pattern of community life-circle is divided into valley type, sideslope type, foothill type, city saddle type, and near port type. The spatial evolution process and morphological characteristics of residential land in different geographic location patterns constitute a correspondence. It aims to propose the development strategies for residential land of eco-compensation and gap-checking, penetration of geographical elements into the city, conforming to the situation and combination of reality-imagination, and integration of precontrol and efficient supply.
