摘  要:发射机柜工作时内部温度将会升高,如果不能及时散热,将会影响发射机的正常工作,严重时将会损坏发射机。调整管单元更是发射机的核心部件,作为发射机中高压线性电源的稳压模块,调整管单元内部具有高度的集成化、小型化等特点,导致调整管单元功率密度极高,调整管单元散热性能直接影响到发射机的正常工作。此外,调整管外形结构尺寸的大小直接影响整个调整单元的安装布局,对调整管单元的热设计也增加了难度。根据发射机柜内部空间布局及散热设计要求,对其内部的调整管单元结构和散热形式进行优化设计,设计后的调整管单元结构合理、布局紧凑、安装方便。通过对调整管单元进行了热、力仿真分析及实物验证,验证结果表明设计的调整管单元能够满足结构强度、散热及振动等要求,提高了发射机整机的运行稳定性。The internal temperature of the transmitter cabinet will rise when it is working.If the heat dissipation cannot be timely,the normal operation of the transmitter is affected.In serious cases,the transmitter will be damaged.The adjusting tube unit is the core part of the transmitter.As the stability module of the linear power supply of the transmitter the adjusting tube unit is highly integrated and miniaturized which leads to the high power density of the adjusting tube unit.The heat dissipation performance of the adjusting tube unit directly affects the normal operation of the transmitter.In addition,the size of the adjustment tube shape structure directly affects the installation layout of the whole adjustment unit which also increases the difficulty of the thermal design of the adjustment tube unit.According to the local and heat dissipation design requirements of the internal space of the launch cabinet the structure and heat dissipation form of the adjustment tube unit were optimized.After the design of the adjustment tube unit,the structure is reasonable,the layout is compact,and the installation is convenient.Through the thermal and force simulation analysis and physical verification of the adjustment tube unit,the verification results show that the designed adjustment tube unit can meet the structural strength,heat dissipation and heat dissipation vibration and others.The stability of the whole transmitter is improved.
