同相供电装置串联电抗器测温放电故障分析

摘  要:干式铁心电抗器作为电力系统中重要的无功补偿设备,主要用来限制短路电流,或在滤波器中与电容器串联或并联用来限制电网中的高次谐波。铁心电抗器作为主要部件应用于同相供电装置,同相供电装置在运行过程中发生了铁心电抗器测温线二次回路与线圈一次回路放电并形成短路,破坏了电抗器本体绝缘造成损坏,导致同相供电装置故障停机。因此,从故障剖析和测温原理两方面对同相供电铁心电抗器二次测温系统进行深入研究,并提出优化方案。在故障分析、原理论证基础上对电抗器测温绝缘问题进行优化研究,提出了另一种可靠的非直接测温综合解决方案,通过更换测温预埋位置,降低保护定值,保证电抗器运行过程中适应高温高电压环境,并消除运行缺陷。经过长期的持续运行观察,各项运行测温数据与仿真结果相符,新的测温解决方案达到预期优化效果,进一步提高了设备运行可靠性和稳定性。As an important reactive power compensation equipment in power system,dry-type iron core reactor is mainly used to limit the short circuit current,or in series or parallel with capacitors in the filter to limit the higher-order harmonics in the power grid.As a main component,the core reactor is applied to the in-phase power supply device.During the operation of the in-phase power supply device,the secondary circuit of the core reactor temperature measurement line and the primary circuit of the coil discharge and form a short circuit,which destroys the insulation of the reactor body and causes damage,leading to the fault shutdown of the in-phase power supply device.Therefore,the secondary temperature measurement system of iron core reactor for in-phase power supply was studied from two aspects of fault analysis and temperature measurement principle,and an optimization scheme was proposed.On the basis of fault analysis and principle demonstration,the reactor temperature measurement and insulation problems were optimized and studied,and another reliable indirect temperature measurement comprehensive solution was proposed.By replacing the embedded position of temperature measurement,the protection setting was reduced to ensure that the reactor could adapt to the high temperature and high voltage environment during operation,and eliminated the operation defects.Through long-term continuous operation observation,all operation temperature measurement data are consistent with the simulation results.The new temperature measurement solution achieves the expected optimization effect,further improving the reliability and stability of equipment operation.
