摘 要:在瓜果蔬菜农艺性状中,果皮厚度与产量、品质、抗性等性状有显著相关性。加工和鲜食型瓜果蔬菜对果皮厚度的要求较高且差异性大。系统揭示果皮厚度的生理发育及遗传调控机理,有助于选育出符合不同需求的新品种。从果皮厚度影响因素、果皮厚度遗传基础、果皮细胞结构特征等方面解析了相关研究进展,初步论述了瓜果蔬菜果皮厚度的发育调控机理,并提出了相关研究应用前景。Among the agronomic characters of cucurbit vegetables,rind thickness has significant correlation with yield,quality,resistance and other characters.For the purpose of processing or fresh eating,rind thickness is the important trait and exhibits significant differences in cucurbit vegetables.Systematically revealing the mechanism of physiological development and genetic regulation of rind thickness is helpful for breeding new varieties to meet different needs.This manuscript mainly analyzed the related research progress from the aspects of influencing factors of rind thickness,genetic basis of rind thickness and structural characteristics of rind cells.Moreover,the regulation mechanism of rind thickness development in cucurbit vegetables was also discussed,and the related prospects of research and application were put forward.
