摘  要:前舱盖一直是车身重要结构。把多个结构压铸一体化是解决传统前舱盖多零件加工与装配复杂工艺的有效途径之一。采用Procast和Radioss分析软件,对某新型一体化前舱盖的压铸成型过程和结构模态进行分析。通过铸造一体化的数值仿真,得到了压铸工艺过程中的温度、卷起、缩孔等分布规律。通过前舱盖结构模态分析,获得了自由模态频率和模态振型。研究结果表明:整个压铸完成约为0.5s,金属液刚进入成型过程以及缺陷现象。一阶结构频率大于路面激振频率,避免产生共振现象。分析的成果是对新型一体化前舱盖加工工艺与生产方式起到支撑作用。The front hatch is the key structure of the car, the integration of die casting of multiple structures is one of the effective ways to solve the complex processing and assembly process of traditional front hatch covers. Using Procast and Radioss analysis software, the die casting process and structural mode of a new integrated front hatch cover were analyzed. Through the numerical simulation of casting integration, the distribution laws of temperature, roll up and shrinkage cavity in the process of die casting were obtained. Through the modal analysis of the front hatch cover, the modal frequencies and modal shapes are obtained. The results show that the die casting is completed in about 0.5 s, and the liquid metal just enters the forming process and defects. The first order structure frequency is greater than the road excitation frequency to avoid resonance. The result of the analysis is to support the processing technology and production mode of the new integrated front hatch cover.
