摘 要:张紧器是发动机正时链系统的关键部件,安装在链条的松边,起到张紧链条的作用。张紧器是一个典型的弹簧阻尼系统,阻尼油腔依赖于发动机润滑系统供油,如果供油不足,油腔中吸入空气,张紧器就会发软。发软的张紧器不仅会产生敲击噪音,而且会引起系统振动冲击从而损伤相关部件。因此张紧器机油供应量必须根据具体的应用进行设计。本文通过正时系统的受力分析得到张紧器柱塞波动幅值和机油需求量。分析发现张紧器柱塞波动幅值与转速成反比,因此低速时柱塞波动幅值最大。在本例中,发动机转速越低,张紧器需要的机油流量越大。低转速时润滑油供应设计应该特别关注张紧器的机油需求量。The tensioner is a key component of the timing chain system. It is installed on the loose side of the chain system and plays the role of tensioning the entire chain system. As a typical spring-damping system, it has the important influence on the dynamic performance of the whole system. The high-pressure oil chamber of tensioner depends on the oil supply of the engine lubrication system. If the oil supply is insufficient and air enters the oil cavity, the damping force provided by the tensioner will be insufficient, which will cause the chain to vibrate and knock with contact components, which will not only cause knocking noise, but also damage the chain system parts. Therefore, it is necessary to design the corresponding oil supply lubrication system according to the oil demand of the tensioner. Through the force analysis of the timing system, the fluctuation amplitude of the tensioner plunger and the oil demand are obtained. Through analysis, it is found that the fluctuation amplitude of the tensioner plunger is inversely proportional to the rotation speed, so the amplitude is the largest at low speed. In the current example, the lower engine speed, the greater oil flow required by the tensioner. At low engine speed, oil supply design should pay special attention to oil demand of tensioner.
