摘 要:发动机直接连接排气系统,排气系统通过吊钩与车身相连,发动机工作所产生的振动通过排气系统可传递到车身,吊钩的动刚度对传递的振动能量有着非常直接的关系。针对某车型排气系统的吊钩问题,根据要求,利用UG构建模型,利用HyperMesh软件对该车辆排气系统进行网格划分,运用平均驱动自由度位移(ADDOFD)法确定吊钩悬挂点,基于加速度导纳IPI(Input Point Inertance)对排气系统进行分析和卡片进行建立,通过OptiStruct对其进行动刚度求解,分析结果未满足使用要求,然后对其进行优化设计,分析结果得到了改善,然后再对其进行静力分析,满足要求。最后通过对标试验出该模型满足要求。The engine is directly connected to the exhaust system, and the exhaust system is connected to the body through the hook. The vibration generated by the engine operation can be transmitted to the body through the exhaust system. Aiming at the hook problem of the exhaust system of a certain vehicle, according to the requirements, use UG to build a model, use HyperMesh software to mesh the exhaust system of the vehicle, determination of Hook Suspension Points Using the Average Driven Degree of Freedom Displacement(ADDOFD) Method, analyze the exhaust system based on the acceleration admittance IPI and build a card, through OptiStruct solves its dynamic stiffness, and the analysis results do not meet the requirements of use, and then optimizes the design, and the analysis results are improved, and then performs static analysis on it to meet the requirements. Finally, the model meets the requirements through the benchmarking test.
