摘  要:随着现代科学技术和信息化手段的飞速发展,当今社会已全面进入科技时代。气缸套作为内燃机中重要的零件,其性能对于内燃机的经济性、排放性以及机动性方面有着重要影响。内燃机气缸套在恶劣的环境下工作容易磨损,为了提高气缸套耐磨损、耐高温、耐腐蚀等性能,通常在气缸套内外侧进行磷化覆纹或设置镀铬层或采用油冷、水冷结构,甚至采用陶瓷气缸套。采用油冷结构主要解决高温会使润滑油蒸发的问题,通过工人定时定期涂抹润滑油,以保证活塞在气缸套内顺畅的往复运动。采用水冷结构,通过温度监测系统提升散热效果,进而提高内燃机效率。采用分体式陶瓷气缸套满足了高强度和耐腐蚀性能要求,形成了内燃机应用的新领域。With the rapid development of modern science and technology and information technology, today’s society has fully entered the era of science and technology. Cylinder liner is an important component in internal combustion engine, and its performance has an important impact on the economy, emission and maneuverability of internal combustion engine.Internal combustion engine cylinder liner works under harsh environment, which is easy to wear. In order to improve the cylinder liner wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, such as performance, phosphating coating or chromium plating layer is usually set in the cylinder inside and outside, or oil cooled, water cooled structure, or even ceramic cylinder liner are adopted. The oil cooling structure is mainly used to solve the problem that high temperature will make lubricating oil evaporation. The workers regularly apply lubricating oil to ensure the smooth reciprocating motion o f the piston in the cylinder liner.The water-cooled structure is adopted to improve the efficiency of internal combustion engine through temperature monitoring system to improve the heat dissipation effect. The split-type ceramic cylinder liner meets the requirements of high strength and corrosion resistance, forming a new field of internal combustion engine application.
