摘 要:随着运用时间的累积,无论是国有铁路还是城市轨道交通,在轮轨相互作用下,疲劳裂纹、碾压肥边、波浪磨耗等各种轨道病害将陆续出现。这些病害对运营安全、车辆结构、周边环境的影响也日益突出。对于轨道病害的预防和处理,进行预防性钢轨打磨和周期性维护性打磨是有效的手段。从作业时间、作业效率等多方面考虑,使用钢轨打磨车是最优的选择。本文主要介绍一种主要承载方式为车架承载的钢轨打磨车车架结构,在制造过程中通过有限元分析和试验结果对比,保障整个车体强度和刚度满足要求,为后续其他车型设计奠定基础。With the accumulation of application time, whether the state-owned railway or urban rail transit, under the wheel-rail interaction, fatigue crack, rolling fertilizer edge, wave friction and other rail diseases will appear one after another. The impact of these diseases on operation safety, vehicle structure and surrounding environment is also increasingly prominent. For the prevention and treatment of rail diseases, preventive rail grinding and periodic maintenance grinding is an effective means. Considering from the operation time, operation efficiency and other aspects, the use of rail grinding car is the best choice. This paper mainly introduces a main bearing mode for the frame bearing rail frame grinding frame structure, in the manufacturing process, through the finite element analysis and test results comparison, to ensure that the strength and stiffness of the whole car body to meet the requirements, laying a foundation for the subsequent design of other models.
