船用柴油机曲轴箱防爆阀的设计研究

摘　　要：防爆阀作为船用柴油机的重要安全保护装置,具有释放曲轴箱压力、阻止爆炸火焰窜出造成进一步损害的功能,对船用柴油机的安全运行尤为重要。文章根据美国消防协会标准NFPA-68爆炸泄压指南和中国船级社(CCS)规范,结合某型船用柴油机设计,介绍了曲轴箱防爆阀通流面积的理论计算,防爆阀的设计工程应用,为防爆阀的选型设计提供借鉴。As a security device for marine diesel engine, relief valve for crankcase plays an important role in flameless pressure relief and protecting people and asset. It’s expecially important for the safe operation of diesel engines. According to NFPA-68 and specifications of China Classification Society(CCS), the article introduces the theoretical analysis and engineering application of the venting area for crankcase explosion, which provides reference for selection of relief valve on crankcase.
