摘 要:为调整和优化香蕉新品种南天黄生根培养条件和配方,解决南天黄组培苗生根30 d后根系严重褐化,影响育苗时间、周期调度的问题。采用正交实验设计,研究不同植物激素和抗氧化剂等对南天黄根系褐化及根长、根表面积、根体积、根条数、根尖数等指标的影响。结果表明:不同处理对南天黄组培苗根系褐化有显著或极显著影响,影响由大到小的因素依次为活性炭、IBA、NAA、VC;不同处理对南天黄根系数量、长度、表面积、体积、根尖数等均有显著或极显著的影响,活性炭能显著降低褐化率、提高根总长和表面积,但是会降低根条数和根体积。综合极差分析和隶属函数分析发现,南天黄最优生根方案为NAA 0.1 mg/L、IBA 0.2 mg/L、VC 50 mg/L、活性炭1 g/L,生根效率高达98%以上,生根60 d后根系褐化程度轻且根系的数量、长度、体积等均在较高的水平。The Culture conditions and formulation of new banana varieties‘Nan Tian Huang’were adjusted and optimized to solve the problem of root browning after 30 days of rooted,which affected the scheduling of false planting of seedlings and the time and cycle of raising seedlings.The orthogonal experimental were designed to study the influence of different plant hormones and antioxidants on root browning,root length,root surface area,root volume,root number and tip number.The results showed that plant hormones and antioxidants had significant or extremely significant effect on the root browning of tissue culture seedlings,factors that affect root browning of tissue culture seedlings were activated carbon,IBA,NAA and VC.Different treatments had significant or extremely significant effects on root number,length,surface area,volume and root tips of‘Nan Tian Huang’.Activated carbon significantly reduced browning rate,improves root length and surface area,but reduces root number and volume.Based on the extreme difference analysis and membership function analysis,the optimal root scheme was as follow:NAA 0.1 mg·L?1,IBA 0.2 mg·L?1,VC 50 mg·L?1,and activated carbon 1 g·L?1.The rooting efficiency was higher as 98%,and the degree of root browning was light after rooting 60 days.The root number,root length and root volume were all at a high level.
