桃标准现状解析及对广东的启示

摘　　要：桃全身是宝,是融合第一二三产业的重要经济作物。中国是桃的故乡,桃种植面积和产量世界第一。目前,我国桃产业正处于由数量型向质量型转变的关键时期,开展桃的标准化生产对促进这一转变具有积极作用。标准是标准化的基础,对指导标准化生产、销售等从农田到餐桌具有重要作用,但目前缺少关于桃标准的现状分析,使得开展桃标准制修订具有一定的盲目性,推进桃产业标准化具有一定的制约性。广东是鹰嘴桃、九仙桃的发源地,桃品质优良,因而桃产业发展迅速,但他省标准(特别是不同品种桃的种植规程类标准)并非适用于广东本土,也制约了广东桃产业标准化发展,影响了粤港澳大湾区菜篮子的供应及质量。通过查阅资料,根据现行国家标准、行业标准、地方标准和团体标准情况,从标准级别、标准内容、标准发布时间、颁布地区等对现行桃标准开展解析,分析现行标准体系存在的问题,提出了桃标准制修订建议。根据广东省桃标准现状提出完善建议,以期为桃产业的标准化、现代化发展提供参考依据。Peach is a treasure and important cash crop for integration of primary secondary and tertiary industries. China is the hometown of peach with highest planting area and output. At present, the peach industry in China is in a critical period of quantitative to quality transformation. The development of standardized production has positive effect on promoting this transformation. Standard is the basis of standardization. It plays an important role in guiding standardizing producing and selling from farmland to dining tables. However, the current analysis of the status of peach standards is lacking, which makes the revision of the peach standard system has certain blindness and the promotion of the peach industry standardization has restrictions. Guangdong is the birthplace of olecranon peach and jiuxian peach. It has developed rapidly due to excellent quality. However, many standards(especially the planting procedures of different varieties of peaches) are not applicable to Guangdong, restricting the development of the peach industry standardization and affecting the supply and quality of the vegetable baskets in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. According to the current national standards, industry standards, local standards and group standards, this article analyzed the existing problems about the current peach standards from standard levels, standard content, standard release time and regional promulgation, put forward some suggestions for the revision of the peach standard system in order to provide references for the standardization and modernization development of the peach industry.
