山东肿足蕨对卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3增殖作用的影响

摘　　要：目的研究山东肿足蕨对卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3增殖作用的影响。方法采用不同浓度山东肿足蕨提取液作用于卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3,采用CCK-8法检测卵巢癌细胞的细胞活力,采用电子显微镜观察细胞形态变化及密度。结果用药24、48 h后,山东肿足蕨对卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3增殖活性呈现抑制作用,48 h抑制效果更显著,经显微镜观察大部分癌细胞形态发生皱缩并变长,部分细胞膜破裂坏死。结论山东肿足蕨提取液能抑制卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3的增殖,经显微镜观察用药后细胞形态受到明显影响,部分细胞破裂严重,增殖速度也受到影响。提示山东肿足蕨提取液对卵巢癌细胞CAOV-3的增殖抑制作用呈现出抗肿瘤活性,为进一步探索山东肿足蕨抗肿瘤提供了研究基础。Objective To investigate the effect of Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri extracts on proliferation of the ovarian cancer cells CAOV-3.Methods The ovarian cancer cells CAOV-3 were treated with different concentrations of Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri extracts.The cell viability was measured by CCK-8 method,and the cell morphology and density were observed by electron microscope.Results The proliferative activity of the ovarian cancer cells CAOV-3 was inhibited 24 h and 48 h after treatment of different concentrations of Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri extracts,and the inhibitory effects were more significant at 48 h.Most of the cancer cells were observed to shrink and lengthen by microscope,and some of the cell membranes were broken and necrosed.Conclusion The Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri extracts could inhibit the proliferation of the ovarian cancer cells CAOV-3.Microscopic observation shows that the morphology of ovarian cancer cells is significantly affected,some of the cells are seriously ruptured,and the proliferation rate is also affected.Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri extracts show antitumor activity against the proliferation of the ovarian cancer cells CAOV-3,which provides a basis for further research on the antitumor effects of Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri.
