加味少腹逐瘀汤联合督灸贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨加味少腹逐瘀汤联合督灸贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月在上海市黄浦区中西医结合医院门诊诊疗的60例原发性痛经患者,根据随机数字表法分为中药组和灸药组,每组30例。灸药组给予加味少腹逐瘀汤联合督灸贴治疗,中药组给予加味少腹逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候、疼痛程度、痛经症状评分及临床总有效率。结果灸药组临床总有效率为90.00%,高于中药组的66.67%(P<0.05)。灸药组治疗后及3个月后随访的痛经症状、中医证候评分低于中药组(P<0.05)。灸药组治疗后的疼痛程度评分低于中药组(P<0.05)。结论加味少腹逐瘀汤联合督灸贴治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经效果显著,且操作简单,对改善寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经具有重要临床意义。Objective To study the effect of Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Du Moxibustion Paste treating primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of Shanghai Huangpu District Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the herbal group and the moxibustion&herbal group,with 30 cases in each group.The moxibustion&herbal group was treated with Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Du Moxibustion Paste.The herbal group was treated with Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,pain degree,dysmenorrhea symptom scores before and after treatment and the total clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of moxibustion&herbal group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%of herbal group(P<0.05).After treatment and in the follow-up after 3 months,the scores of dysmenorrhea syndrome,TCM syndrome in the moxibustion&herbal group were lower than those in the herbal group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of pain degree in the moxibustion&herbal group was lower than that in the herbal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Du Moxibustion Paste is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and the operation is simple,which has important clinical significance in improving primary of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.
