三拗汤合止嗽散联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三拗汤合止嗽散联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月建始县人民医院收治的90例小儿肺炎患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)与对照组(n=45)。对照组使用穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用三拗汤合止嗽散治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;治疗后观察组IgG、IgA水平高于对照组,肺功能指标高于对照组,症状改善时间均短于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三拗汤合止嗽散联合穴位贴敷可提高肺炎患儿免疫力,改善呼吸功能,值得推广借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder combined with acupoint application in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to People’s Hospital of Jianshi from March 2019 to February 2020 were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45)by random number table method.The control group was treated with acupoint application,while the observation group was treated with Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the levels of IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The time of symptom improvement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanao Decoction and Zhisou Powder combined with acupoint application can improve the immunity and respiratory function of children with pneumonia,which is worth popularizing.
