摘　　要：目的探讨陪伴护理在舒适化快速康复流程下儿童包皮环切术中的应用。方法选择2020年1月至2022年1月兰陵县人民医院泌尿外科收治的120例包皮患儿,按随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。患儿术前半小时均用盐酸丁卡因凝胶涂抹阴茎,在环切器辅助下切除包皮,弹力绷带加压包扎。2 d后拆除敷料,用复方黄柏液涂剂浸泡阴茎。治疗组采用陪伴护理,出院后以微信为交流工具随时与患儿及亲属沟通,答疑解惑,指导康复;对照组采用传统预约面诊方式。观察术后依从性、疼痛、渗液、水肿、排尿等情况,调查满意度。结果治疗组术后疼痛程度、依从性、满意度优于对照组,治疗组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用陪伴护理模式,充分发挥微信的作用,与患儿亲属随时沟通、了解病情、答疑解惑,指导术后护理,可保障医疗安全,提高患儿亲属满意度。Objective To explore the application of accompanying nursing in children’s circumcision under comfortable rapid rehabilitation procedure.Methods A total of 120 children with foreskin in Department of Urology,Lanling People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,they were divided into the treatment group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)by random number table method.The penis was coated with Bupivacaine Hydrochloride Gel for half an hour before surgery,and the foreskin was removed with the assistance of a circumcision device and wrapped with an elastic bandage under pressure.After 2 days,the dressing was removed and the penis was soaked with Compound Phellodendron Solution.The treatment group received accompanying nursing.After discharge,WeChat was used as a communication tool to communicate with the children and their relatives at any time to answer questions and guide rehabilitation.The control group received traditional appointment.The compliance,postoperative pain,exudation,edema and urination were observed,and the satisfaction was investigated.Results The degree of postoperative pain,compliance and satisfaction in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the accompanying nursing model,giving full play to the role of WeChat,communicating with patients’relatives at any time,understanding the condition,answering questions,and guiding postoperative nursing can ensure medical safety and improve the satisfaction of patients’relatives.
