摘 要:城市慢行品质的提高,有助于提高行人的步行意愿,改善生活习惯,促进身体健康,城市的拥堵现象也会有所改善。文中以空中步道的空间设施为研究基础,基于哈尔滨人行天桥现状,结合寒地的气候条件,分析行人的步行需求及出行特征,总结出提高行人慢行品质的原则和策略。通过改善空中步道的空间环境,对其基础设施进行舒适性改造设计,从而为行人提供更为舒适、便捷的通行体验。The improvement of urban slow-walking quality helps to improve pedestrians’ willingness to walk,ameliorate living habits,promote physical health,and relieve urban congestion.Taking space facilities of the skyways as the case,this paper analyzes the walking needs and travel characteristics of pedestrians,and summarize the principles and strategies to improve the pedestrian’s slow-walking quality combined with the climatic conditions in cold regions.The comfortable retrofit designs of infrastructures are carried out to improve the space environment of the skyways,and provide pedestrians with a comfortable and convenient passing experience.
