摘 要:目的:调研医院在云计算应用方面的基础情况、应用需求以及面临困难等现状,推进北京市健康云规划和建设。方法:对北京地区29家三级医院的云计算应用情况进行现状调研,对结果进行描述性分析,讨论相关问题并提出可行性建议。结果:医院在公有云应用方面的技术积累不足。医疗行业具有明显的行业特点,对未来健康云的安全、生态、服务等方面要求更高。结论:医院作为医疗大数据的核心,现阶段适宜采用混合云架构,以互联网诊疗/互联网医院等非核心业务突破医院在健康云的应用。Objective To investigate the basic situation,application needs and existing problems faced by hospitals in cloud computing applications,and to promote the planning and construction of health cloud in Beijing.Methods The current situation of cloud computing application in 29 tertiary hospitals in Beijing was investigated,the results were analyzed descriptively,related issues were discussed and feasible suggestions were put forward.Results The accumulation of technologies in public cloud applications in hospitals were insufficient.The medical industry has obvious industry characteristics and higher requirements for security,ecology,services and other aspects of future health cloud.Conclusion As the core of medical big data,hospitals are suitable to adopt hybrid cloud architecture at the presend stage,and to break through the applications of hospitals in health cloud with non-core businesses such as Internet diagnosis and treatment and Internet hospitals.
