摘  要:随着通信技术的发展和新医疗改革的持续深入,我国各大医疗机构开始“数字化转型”建设,依托IT技术构建“智慧医院”和“未来医院”,积极探索“互联网+医疗”的新模式,但随之而来的网络安全风险也越来越大。如何保证医疗机构数据的开放共享,同时兼顾网络安全,是一个值得研究的问题。针对传统的VPN专线存在带宽低、费用高等问题,本研究提出了一种基于5G切片的医疗资源跨域安全访问技术,并重点介绍了该技术的系统架构、安全性设计、系统实现和效果评价等方面的研究内容。实验结果表明,该方法有效地提高了网络访问速度,降低了运维成本,同时保证了数据访问的安全性。With the development of communication technology and the continuous deepening of the new medical reform,major medical institutions in China have begun the "digital transformation",applying IT technologies to build "smart hospitals" and "future hospitals",and actively explore the new model of "Internet + medical",but the ensuing network security risks are also increasing.How to ensure the open sharing of data in medical institutions while taking into account network security is a problem worth studying.In response to the problems of low bandwidth and high cost associated with traditional VPN private lines,the cross-domain secure access technology for medical resources based on 5G slice is proposed in this paper,and its system architecture,security design,system implementation,and effect evaluation of the technology are introduced in detail.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the network access speed,reduce the operation and maintenance cost,and ensure the security of data access.
