摘 要:目的:建设集事前监测、事中预警、事后处置于一体的全流程闭环管理系统,提高传染病监测预警与快速响应能力。方法:以常熟智慧医疗大数据平台作为数据支撑,利用其深度治理过的数据,建立本项目所需的数据模型及智能化监测预警模型。通过线上、线下相结合的方式对监测预警模型运行中所触发的预警信息进行响应及核实,同时根据事件类型选择处置模块进行规范化调查信息的采集与处置。结果:完成了传染病监测预警处置系统的开发,实现了传染病从监测预警到响应处置的全流程管理。结论:结合现有传染病防治指南和清洗治理后的临床数据所构建的传染病监测预警模型,实现了传染病监测-预警-处置的全流程闭环管理,具备更加主动的传染病防控感知能力。Objective To build a whole process closed-loop management system integrating prior monitoring,midevent warning and post-event disposal,and to improve the infectious disease monitoring and early warning and rapid response capability.Methods Taking the Changshu intelligent medical big data platform as the data support,and using its deeply managed data,the data model and intelligent monitoring and early warning model required for this project was established.The early warning information triggered in the operation of the monitoring and early warning model is responded and verified through a combination of online and offline methods,while the disposal module is selected according to the type of events for the collection and disposal of standardized investigation information.Results The development of the infectious disease monitoring and early warning disposal system was completed,and the whole process management of infectious diseases from monitoring and early warning to response and disposal was realized.Conclusion Combined with the existing guidelines for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and the infectious disease monitoring and early warning model constructed from the cleaned and governed clinical data,the whole-process closed-loop management system proposed in this paper has a more proactive infectious disease prevention and control perception capability.
