摘　　要：目的 探讨雄激素性脱发(AGA)患者使用富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗对其症状评分、毛发镜指标的改善效果。方法纳入50例均来源于广东省中山市博爱医院整形美容科的AGA患者,分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),分组方法为随机数字表法,选例时间为2021年9月至2022年7月。对照组给予传统外用药,前述对照组基础上观察组加用PRP皮下注射,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗3个月后的疗效,治疗前及治疗3个月后的症状评分、毛发镜指标,治疗期间的不良反应,并对典型病例进行分析。结果 观察组、对照组治疗3个月后总有效率相比,对照组更低,有差异(P<0.05);两组瘙痒、毛囊炎、油脂分泌、头屑评分治疗3个月后相比于治疗前升高,观察组相比于对照组更高,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组毛囊密度、被毛密度治疗3个月后相比于治疗前升高,观察组相比于对照组更高,两组顺发速率治疗3个月后相比于治疗前降低,观察组相比于对照组更低,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗期间两组间总不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 在传统外用药基础上联合PRP应用于AGA患者,可提升临床效果,有效缓解临床症状,改善毛发镜指标,且无较大不良反应,临床具有一定的安全性。Objective To investigate the improvement effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP) therapy on symptom score and trichoscopy index in patients with androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods 50 AGA patients from the Department of Plastic surgery and cosmetology,Boai Hospital,Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province were included and divided into the control group(25 cases) and the observation group(25 cases).The grouping method was random number table method,and the cases were selected from September2021 to July 2022.The control group was given traditional external medication,and the observation group was given subcutaneous injection of PRP on the basis of the above-mentioned control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The efficacy of the two groups after 3 months of treatment,symptom score and trichoscopy index before and after 3 months of treatment,adverse reactions during treatment were compared,and typical cases were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group after 3 months of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion On the basis of traditional external drugs combined with PRP in AGA patients,can improve clinical effect,effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve trichoscopy indicators,and no significant adverse reactions,clinical safety has a certain degree.
