火针联合中药治疗湿热壅滞型激素依赖性皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察火针联合中药治疗湿热壅滞型激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法 将58例湿热壅滞型激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组(火针联合中药内服)29例,对照组(普通针刺组)29例,治疗组给予火针联合中药内服治疗,火针治疗3天1次,中药汤剂1日1剂,分2次服;对照组给予普通针刺治疗,1日1次;两组均10天为一个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后的临床症状积分及生活质量指数DLQI的评分,评判临床疗效。结果 治疗后两组患者各症状积分比较,在鳞屑、肿胀程度方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在红斑、痤疮样皮损、瘙痒、不适感方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状积分与治疗前相比,在鳞屑改善方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余症状与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状总积分与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组症状总积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组DLQI评分与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组DLQI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 火针联合中药内服治疗可以显著改善湿热壅滞型激素依赖性皮炎患者瘙痒、不适感、红斑、痤疮样皮损等症,从而达到治疗本病的目的,且无明显的毒副作用,同时又能提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of fire acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of humid heat stagnant hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods A total of 58 patients with humid heat stasis hormonedependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups,29 cases in the treatment group(fire acupuncture combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine),29 cases in the control group(ordinary acupuncture group),the treatment group was given fire acupuncture combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,fire acupuncture treatment once for 3days,and Chinese medicine decoction was given once a day,divided into 2 doses.The control group was given ordinary acupuncture once a day;Both groups had a 10-day course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.The scores of clinical symptoms and quality of life index DLQI before and after treatment of the two groups were observed,and the clinical efficacy was judged.Results There was no significant difference in the degree of scaling and swelling between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05),and there was a significant difference in erythema,acne-like lesions,itching and discomfort(P 0.05),and the remaining symptoms were statistically significant compared with before treatment(P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in total symptom scores between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in the total symptom scores between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups after treatment compared with before treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference in DLQI scores between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion Fire acupuncture combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the itching,discomfort,erythema,acne-like skin lesions and other symptoms in patient
