摘　　要：目的 观察硫酸羟氯喹联合医用皮肤护理贴敷料治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果和安全性。方法 72例红斑毛细血管扩张型的玫瑰痤疮患者,随机化至对照组或试验组,对照组口服硫酸羟氯喹和外敷生理盐水,试验组硫酸羟氯喹和外用医用皮肤护理贴敷料,疗程均为8周。比较治疗后两组的疗效及安全性。结果 治疗8周后试验组症状评分改善及有效率均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。两组治疗8周后红斑及次要症状均获得显著改善,试验组红斑改善优于对照组,两组治疗8周均未发现明显的不良反应。结论 硫酸羟氯喹联合医用皮肤护理贴敷料可有效的改善毛细血管扩张型的玫瑰痤疮患者的症状,且效果优于硫酸羟氯喹和外敷生理盐水者。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with medical dressings paste in the treatment of rosacea.Methods 72 patients with rosacea with erythematous telangiectasia were randomized to the control group or the test group.The control group took hydroxychloroquine sulfate orally and applied normal saline externally for 8 weeks,and the test group took hydroxychloroquine sulfate and applied medical dressings paste externally for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the improvement of symptom score and the effective rate in the test group were greater than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Erythema and secondary symptoms were significantly improved in both groups after 8 weeks of treatment.The improvement of erythema in the test group was better than that in the control group.No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups after 8 weeks of treatment.Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine sulfate combined with medical dressings paste can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with telangiectatic rosacea,and the effect is better than that of those who use hydroxychloroquine sulfate and apply normal saline externally.
