摘　　要：目的 通过CBCT观察分析安徽中部地区汉族人下颌管分支的发生率。方法 对2018年-2022年就诊于合肥市口腔医院行CBCT检查的412例患者共824侧下颌管进行观察,统计下颌管分支的发生率。结果 下颌管分支的发生率为29.94%。结论 合肥及周边地区汉族人下颌管分支的发生率较高,在下颌后牙区行手术时,应拍摄CBCT,以防损伤下颌管分支的并发症的出现。Objective To observe and analyze the incidence of bifid mandibular canal of han nationality in Central Anhui region by CBCT.Methods A total of 824 mandibular canals from 412 patients who received CBCT examination in Hefei Stomatological Hospital from 2018 to 2022 were observed,and the incidence of bifid mandibular canal was counted.Results The incidence of bifid mandibular canal was 29.94%.Conclusion The incidence of bifid mandibular canal in Han nationality of Central Anhui region is high.CB CT should be taken during the operation in mandibular posterior region to prevent the occurrence of complications.
