摘 要:目的:了解医院消毒供应中心信息系统建设和应用现状,为消毒供应信息化管理提供参考。方法:采用随机抽样方法,利用问卷星网络填报调查问卷。结果:本次共调查公立和非公立医院2 625家,公立和非公立医院中不同级别医院的信息化调查结果一致;已经建立或正在建立信息系统的医院占比72.3%(1 899/2 625),其中三级医院建立率91.0%(994/1 092)大于二级医院的60.2%(854/1 418),二级医院建立率大于一级和未定级医院的44.3%(51/115);利用信息系统建立质量管理与追溯系统的医院,呈现随医院级别增加而占比增高的趋势,其中三级医院占比57.7%(630/1 092),高于二级医院的17.1%(242/1 418),三级与二级医院均高于一级医院16.5%(19/115);信息系统基本功能中质量可追溯的响应率19.8%(840/4 253)和普及率94.3%(840/891)最高,提示功能的响应率9.6%(409/4 253)和普及率45.9%(409/891)最低。结论:二级和一级医院应当加强信息系统的配置;各级医院的信息系统基本功能模块有待完善;消毒供应监测基本数据集需要制定。Objective To understand the current situation of information system construction and application in hospitals’ central sterile supply department,and to provide references for information management of sterile supply.Methods The random sampling method was used in an online survey through the Wenjuanxing website(https://www.wjx.cn/).Results A total of 2,625 public and non-public hospitals were investigated in the survey,and the results of different levels of informatization and different grades of public and non-public hospitals were consistent:72.3%(1 899/2 625) of the hospitals have established or are in the process of establishing information systems,and 91.0%(994/1 092) of tertiary hospitals have established information systems,which is higher than that of secondary hospitals(60.2%,854/1 418),and the establishment rate of secondary hospitals is higher than primary and ungraded hospitals(44.3%,51/115)).Hospitals that have established quality management and traceability systems based on information systems show an increasing trend with their grades.Among them,the proportion of tertiary hospitals was 57.7%(630/1 092),higher than 17.1%(242/1 418) of secondary hospitals,and 16.5%(19/115) of primary hospitals.In terms of the basic functions of the information systems,the highest response rate of quality traceability and penetration rate was 19.8%(840/4 253) and 94.3%(840/891),respectively,while the lowest indicated response rate and penetration rate were 9.6%(409/4 253) and 45.9%(409/891),respectively.Conclusion Secondary and primary hospitals need to strengthen the application of information systems.The basic functional modules of information systems in hospitals at all grades need to be improved,and the basic data set of sterile supply monitoring need to be developed.
