摘　　要：目的:运用实时质量追溯管理系统对人员、设备、器械、流程、质量改进等方面进行信息化质量管理,提高医疗机构的工作质量。方法:通过自行设计系统软件,全流程条码化扫描,准确记录医疗机构中的复用物品在回收、清洗、检查包装、灭菌、发放的详细信息,优化业务流程,实现全流程质量追溯管理。结果:实施全面质量追溯管理系统后器械清洗不合格率、器械差错率较应用系统前显著降低,配送准确率较应用系统前有所提高,服务满意度较系统完善前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施质量追溯管理系统,可保证无菌物品质量安全,降低差错率,提升工作效率,规范操作流程,提高服务满意度。Objective To improve the work quality of medical institutions through the application of a real-time quality tracking management system to carry out information-based quality management in personnel,equipment,instruments,processes,quality improvement,and other aspects.Methods Through self-designed system software which enables the whole-process barcode scanning,the detailed information of reused items in medical institutions were accurately recorded in terms of recycling,cleaning,packaging inspection,sterilization and distribution,so the processes were optimized and the whole-process quality tracking and management was realized.Results After the implementation of the total quality tracking management system,the unqualified rate of cleaning and the error rate of instruments were significantly reduced,the delivery accuracy and the service satisfaction were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality tracking management system can ensure the quality and safety of sterile articles,reduce error rates,improve working efficiency,standardize operation process,and improve service satisfaction.
