摘 要:随着人工智能和大数据时代的来临,医疗卫生信息化和智能化已逐步扩展到诊断、临床等诸多领域。以量子计算为主导的医疗信息化系统可为许多难题提供创新性解决方案。通过系统综述的方法,本研究归纳了量子计算的优势与特点,剖析了医疗信息化建设所面临的主要挑战,并以患者、医院、保险及制药4个利益相关者为基础,详尽地梳理了量子计算在医疗信息建设中的潜在应用及作用。可以预见,量子计算将深刻变革传统医疗,并与医疗信息化建设实现更深层次的融合。With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and big data,medical and health informatization and intelligence have gradually expanded to diagnosis,clinical and many other fields.The medical information system based on quantum computing can provide innovative solutions to many difficult problems.Through the method of systematic review,this paper summarizes the advantages and characteristics of quantum computing,and analyzes the main challenges faced by medical informatization construction.Based on the four stakeholders of patients,hospitals,insurance and pharmaceuticals,the potential applications and functions of quantum computing in medical information construction are reviewed in detail.It is foreseeable that quantum computing will profoundly transform traditional medical care and achieve a deeper integration with medical informatization construction.
