摘　　要：目的:实现肿瘤日间化疗患者的有序管理,提高护士工作效率及护理服务水平,提升患者的就医体验感。方法:在HIS架构上设计并构建了日间化疗分时段预约系统,实现护士配液分批和日间化疗分时段预约。结果:日间化疗分时段预约系统于2020年1月1日在我院乳腺内科上线使用,截至2021年12月31日共完成12064人次日间治疗预约。2021年全年与2019年同期相比,日间治疗接诊从5893人次提高到8395人次,第一批次输液占比从42.42%降至36.41%,日间患者的平均住院时间从4.49天降至3.61天,床位周转从37.29次增加至53.13次。结论:日间化疗分时段预约系统的应用,减少了患者治疗等待时间,提升了其就医体验;提高了医护人员的工作效率,实现了日间化疗患者的科学管理。Objective To achieve orderly management of tumor patients undergoing daytime chemotherapy,improve the work efficiency and service level of nurses,and enhance patients’ medical experience.Methods Based on the HIS architecture,a daytime chemotherapy time-phased appointment system was designed and constructed,so as to realize the nurse dosing in batches and daytime chemotherapy time-phased appointment.Results The daytime chemotherapy time-phased appointment system was put into use in the Breast Department of our hospital on January 1,2020.By December 31,2021,a total of 12,064 person times of daytime treatment appointments have been made.Compared with the same period in 2019,the year 2021 has seen that the number of patients admitted for daytime treatment increased from 5,893 to 8,395,the proportion of patients receiving the first batch of infusion decreased from 42.42% to 36.41%,the average length of patients’ daytime hospital stays decreased from 4.49 days to 3.61 days,and the bed turnover increased from 37.29 times to 53.13 times.Conclusion The application of daytime chemotherapy timephased appointment system can reduce the waiting time of patients,improve their medical experience,improve the work efficiency of medical staff,and realize the scientific management of daytime-treated patients.
