摘 要:对南充制造业的研究表明,传统制造业存在产业水平低、产业链短、创新能力弱等问题。受疫情持续蔓延、原材料价格上涨、人员和资金短缺的影响,生产成本上升,利润下降,订单减少,难以为继。然而,南充部分企业进行了数字化转型,从建立数字化人才队伍、建立物联网信息系统、建立新的生产体系等方面颠覆了传统的生产经营模式,从而激发创新动力,提高要素配置效率,优化产业结构,提高变革质量,实现从自动化到智能化的转变。The research on Nanchong manufacturing industry shows that the traditional manufacturing industry has problems such as low industrial level,short chain and weak innovation ability.Affected by the continuous spread of the epidemic,the rising price of raw materials,and the shortage of personnel and funds,production costs have risen,profits have declined,and orders have decreased,making it difficult to sustain.However,some enterprises in Nanchong have carried out digital transformation,which has subverted the traditional production and operation mode from the establishment of a digital talent team,the establishment of the internet of things information system,the establishment of a new production system,so as to stimulate the innovation drive,improve the efficiency of factor allocation,optimize the industrial structure,improve the quality of change,and change the effect from automation to intelligence.
