摘　　要：推动四川革命老区旅游减贫与乡村振兴政策有效衔接,对巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,助力乡村振兴具有重要的现实意义。鉴于已有研究尚未从政策层面和旅游减贫视角讨论四川革命老区脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接问题,本文首先从国家、四川省级和地方政府层对四川革命老区旅游减贫和乡村振兴相关政策文件进行了细致梳理,基于政策转型、政策强化、政策新增、政策退出“四维优化”思路,探讨实现四川革命老区旅游减贫同乡村振兴政策有效衔接的优化路径。It is of great practical significance to promote the effective connection of policies between tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in the old revolutionary base areas of Sichuan to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and help rural revitalization.Since existing studies have not yet discussed the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Sichuan old revolutionary base areas from the perspective of policy and tourism poverty reduction,this paper first carefully combs relevant policy documents on tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Sichuan old revolutionary base areas from the national,provincial and local government levels.Based on the "four-dimensional optimization" idea of policy transformation,policy strengthening,policy addition and policy withdrawal,this paper discusses the optimal path of effective connection of policies between tourism poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Sichuan old revolutionary base areas.
