摘　　要：为了提高对三分球重要性的认识,运用比较分析法、数理统计法、录像观察法、文献资料法,就2018—2019赛季NBA总决赛中勇士队和猛龙队三分球技术的运用及效果进行了研究.结果认为:1)从技术视角来看:三分球具有高分值效益,获胜队的三分球得分都高于对手;三分球技术是现代球员不可或缺的一项技术,除了后卫和侧翼球员有大量三分球得分外,内线球员的三分球能力也有凸显;投篮区域中,1区是命中难度高、出手率低的区域,运用得当也是在比赛中收获奇效和得分率高的区域;2区和3区三分球是出手率高、双方对抗最为激烈的区域,这2个区域内的三分球成效影响着比赛的胜负.2)从战术视角来看:阵地进攻中三分球的成功率对比赛的胜负至关重要,获胜方在阵地进攻中的三分球得分优于对手,且在转换中三分投篮的把握高于对手;从防守端看,就双方来说,获胜的比赛都具有一个共同点,那就是出色地限制了对方投篮,并且在防守战术中主要采用更具压迫性的盯人防守,有效限制了对方的主力得分手.该研究为我国篮球比赛中三分球的运用提供理论指导和参考.In order to raise awareness of the importance of the 3-pointe shot,by means of comparative analysis,mathematical statistics,video observation and literature data,the application and effect of the 3-pointer technique of the Warriors and the Raptors in the 2018—2019 NBA finals were studied.It was showed that:1) From the technical point of view:the 3-pointe shot had a high score benefit,and the winning team′s 3-pointe shot outperformed the opponent.3-pointe shot had become an indispensable technology for modern players.In addition to guard and wing players were the main scorers of the 3-pointer,the ability of the inside players to shoot 3-pointer was increasingly prominent.Among the shooting areas,area 1 was the area with high difficulty to hit and few shots,but it was the area that could get miraculous effects in the game when used properly,and the 3-pointer performance in this area affected the outcome of the game.2) From a tactical point of view:the success rate of 3-pointe shot in positional attack played an important role in the outcome of the game.The winning side was better than the opponent in 3-pointe shot in positional attack,and the grip of 3-pointe shot in fast break was higher than that of the opponent.In terms of the number of games each team won,the one thing they all had in common was the ability to limit the competitor team′s shots,primarily by using a more oppressive one-on-one defense that limited the competitor team′s leading scorers.The presented study would provide theoretical guidance and reference for the use of 3-pointer in various leagues in our country.
