摘　　要：为了满足中国先进研究堆(CARR)运行深层次的功能要求,实现安全棒驱动回路特种电磁阀的国产化是必须和必要的,核级电磁阀的国产替代需要进行一系列相关检查和试验验证,本文对国产核级电磁阀的检查内容和试验验证进行了介绍,通过试验验证了国产核级电磁阀能够满足CARR安全棒系统使用要求,可以替代进口电磁阀。另外,CARR安全棒驱动回路中核级电磁阀实现国产化替代对其他反应堆核级电磁阀的国产化也具有借鉴意义。In order to meet the deep-level functional requirements of China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)operation,it is necessary and essential to realize the localization of special solenoid valves for safety rod driven loop,and the domestic replacement of nuclear-grade solenoid valves requires a series of relevant inspections and test verifications.This paper introduces the content of inspections and test verifications for domestic nuclear-grade solenoid valves.The tests verify that the domestic nuclear-grade solenoid valves can meet the use requirements of the CARR safety rod system and can replace the imported solenoid valves.In addition,the domestic replacement of nuclear-grade solenoid valves in the CARR safety rod driven loop is also of reference significance for the localization of nuclear-grade solenoid valves in other reactors.
