摘　　要：邵氏硬度计是用来测量橡胶、泡沫、塑料等物质硬度的仪器,按照显示类型来分,市场上通常有指针式和数显式两种,而且邵氏硬度计的应用范围十分广泛。另外,邵氏硬度计的准确度,只有经过精确测量,然后依据相应的检定规程或校准规范才能来做出判断,为了固定好邵氏硬度计,提高测量的效率,减小测量的误差,笔者翻阅资料,结合实际工作情况,设计、制作了一种邵氏硬度计测量装置。Shore durometer is an instrument used to measure the hardness of rubber,foam,plastic and other materials.According to the display type,there are usually two types of pointer type and digital display type in the market,and Shore durometer has a very wide range of applications.In addition,the accuracy of Shore durometer can only be judged according to the corresponding verification procedures or calibration specifications after accurate measurement.In order to fix the Shore durometer,improve the efficiency of measurement and reduce the error of measurement,the author has designed and made a measuring device of Shore durometer based on the data retrieval and actual working conditions.
