摘 要:目的:调查四川三级公立妇幼专科医院后勤管理现状,分析现存的或潜在的问题,为三级公立专科医院后勤管理标准化、规范化建设提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,以四川某地委属、省属与市属三级公立妇幼专科医院三家为研究对象,对后勤工作人员进行问卷调查。结果:四川某地三级公立妇幼专科医院后勤工作人员的学历普遍偏低,职称结构不合理。结论:四川某地三级公立妇幼专科医院后勤工作人员结构不合理,临床主动服务意识还存在差距,信息化建设与医院现代化发展水平不相适应[1]。Objective To investigate the status quo of logistics management of tertiary public maternity and child specialized hospitals in Sichuan,analyze the existing or potential problems,and provide reference for the standardization and normalization construction of logistics management of tertiary public specialized hospitals.Methods The convenience sampling method is used to conduct a questionnaire survey of logistic staff in three public maternity and child specialized hospitals of committee,provincial and municipal levels in a city of Sichuan Province.Results The logistic staff of tertiary public maternity and child specialized hospitals in a city of Sichuan Province generally have low educational background and unreasonable title structure.Conclusion The logistic staff structure of tertiary public maternity and child specialized hospital in a city of Sichuan Province is not reasonable,there is still a gap in clinical active service consciousness,and the informationization construction does not adapt to the modernization development level of the hospital[1].
