摘 要:为了解我国科技投入绩效现状,更有效推动科技进步和创新发展,以2020年全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)科技数据为研究对象,选取具有代表性的7个科技指标构建区域科技投入绩效评价体系,运用R型因子分析法整合指标,提取两个主成分因子进行评价,得出各区域的综合绩效得分和排名情况。基于实证分析结果有针对性地提出提高区域科技投入绩效的对策与建议,以促进我国科技创新发展。This paper aims to learn more about the current situation of science and technology investment performance and to promote science and technology progress and innovation development more effectively.This paper has adopted the data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)in 2020 as research objects,selects 7 science and technology indicators to build an investment performance evaluation system.R-type factor analysis method integrates into two principal component factors,and then a mathematical model is established for the investment and its performance is evaluated and ranked.Based on the empirical results,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to give full play to the efficiency of the investment and improve the investment performance,so as to promote science and technology innovation development.
