摘 要:基于中国的经验事实观察,从分工演进的视角出发,解剖数字经济驱动就业结构调整的演绎逻辑。分工高度发达的数字经济通过扩大就业规模、优化人力资源配置、降低就业交易成本等促进就业结构调整。数字经济发展稳定了就业增长、调整了就业结构和降低了就业信息交易成本,但也存在人才供给结构不平衡、数字化人才供给不足、就业服务仍需完善等问题。政府需要完善相关公共就业服务,企业需要优化职工管理模式,个人需要提升自身禀赋优势。Based on China’s empirical observation and from the perspective of the evolution of division of labor,this paper dissects the underlying logic of the adjustment of employment structure driven by digital economy.The research shows that digital economy with highly developed division of labor can promote the adjustment of employment structure by expanding employment scale,optimizing the allocation of human resources and reducing employment transaction costs.The development of China’s digital economy has stabilized the growth of employment,adjusted the employment structure and reduced the transaction costs of employment information.However,there are still some problems,such as unbalanced talent supply structure,serious shortage of digital talent supply and the need to improve employment services.Therefore,the government needs to improve relevant public employment services,enterprises need to optimize the management mode of employees,and individuals need to enhance their endowment advantages.
